Academic and Career Training Programs
at HCCIn two years at HCC, a young person can earn an academic associate’s degree and/or college credit that will transfer to four-year universities like the University of Houston, the University of Texas, Texas A&M, UH – Downtown, or SamHoustonState. Or, in a year or two, HCC students can complete a career training program that will prepare them to succeed in a great job. HCC has training programs for nurses, auto mechanics, emergency medical technicians, chefs, filmmakers . . . The list goes on—and the Opportunity 14 Scholarship can help young people achieve the job of their dreams.
